Wear gloves and eye protection before mixing the absorbent or a paint remover for concrete. Mix 1 ounce of trisodium phosphate in one cup of water and mix it well. To make a creamy paste mix one cup of paint stripper.

Caution: trisodium phosphate is toxic, so make sure to handle it with proper safety equipment. Or you can try any alternative to play on the safe side.
